I couldn't tell you if that is indeed Jack Herer, but when I had it it was very lime green, with small inner leaves and very potent sativa high. Pricey too.

In my opinion, I'm judging by the pictures, you shouldn't have paid NEAR $50 for that. Find a new dealer. Just advice. :)
