go without the shots in the morning, eat something thats good for you..
for some reason i see a lot of you saying that you skip meals for dieting... its a terrible idea. if anything this is what you want to do: 6 meals, every 3 hours, but small ones and healthy ones. not only does this keep you from snacking on unhealthy shit in between meals but it also keeps your metabolism a lot fucking faster than 1 meal a day.
if you guys wanna lose weight, starving yourself is one of the slowest and most unnatural ways to do it. if you wanna lose, buy yourself a shit load of steak, eat a hefty piece every night and 2 hours later go to the gym and work out. u will be amazed at how toned ur body will look.
when you work out, you lose weight evenly on your body, but starving yourself only makes you lose it in a few places, leaving other ones fat.
ever seen a skinny looking guy with a big ass stomach or thin but still has man tits? well either they just have too much estrogen in their body or they never worked their chest when they lost weight.
btw guys i was 5'6 and 250 pounds and im 5'9 and 170 now so im speaking from experience!!
