it does work a lad i once worked with tried and iv met other people that have tried it also, i dont know the specifics but i think you scrape all the white sticky stuff from inside the skin and leave it to dry out somewhere until its bone dry then you can smoke it, something about leaving it in tin foil as well i dunno

if u use lots of lettuces u are left with an opium like goo, but its horrible

conversly, if u boil down opium, u are left with a lettuce. as i discovered once...on acid

I have friends that smoke rd hot chilli peppers to get high. They siad it works too. I bet it burns though.
