I dont like to smoke when im sick, but i still do. When it comes to coughing, weed only makes me worse. When i had a flu, i was so sick and full of medicene i couldnt even feel the high, it sucked ass. A reg cold should be fin though, o ya and when i have stomach aches , WEED always works for stomach aches

It depends what you have. I find it when you have a headache or a tummy ache... smoking really helps... and sometimes takes rid of your ache. It really helps with the pain. Smoking with a cold... is not a good idea... hurts your throat and delays your healing time. But besides colds or problems with your throat... weed is the way to go.
