Ok, this is some funny shit. Alcohol for bong water? Well then thats a waste of alcohol and weed. The alcohol would filter out some of the THC from the smoke. Water on the othehand doesnt because THC doesnt break down in it. THC does break down in alcohol.

Wait.. are you saying you want to use the alc as bong water so you can smoke your weed, then drink the bong liquid and get the THC you missed?

theoretically, yes.... it would depend on how much thc is absorbed... if you're doing it by your self, and you smoke as much as it usually takes to get high, but all you get is a slight buzz, theoretically if you drank the alcohol afterwards, you will of gotten the missed THC and get high.

I'm sure if you drink a bong full of alchol you'll get messed up either way.

Don't drink bong liquid... That's about the grossest thing possible. I don't care if you're putting Crystal in there, its still going to taste like a butt.
