Kind of like, a forty year-old, with no or limited cannabis experience, has his cannabinoids activated, and feels them, from his head to his toes. On all skin. In his gut. His eyeballs.Quote:

Sure, I limit as most believers do, the amount of access I allow God. The fact that false Christs would be preached was warned by Paul. The very beginning of the address of idolatry was framed in the context of false images of Him.
Not trying to be rude, But, your display that I have regularly seen, has been far from representative. Jesus, Himself only reserved these type of rebukes for those claiming to be representatives or spokesmen, that laid heavy trips on the people and abused them. I must be very respectful of this reality myself, as a professing believer. Much of my display here has been Brad, rather than the spirit of God, as described in "The Book".
The disciples were bent that some village gave them a poor reception.
Here are some words of Christ:
Luke:
54 When His disciples James and John saw this, they said, "Lord, do You want us to command fire to come down from heaven and consume them?"
55 But He turned and rebuked them, and said, "You do not know what kind of spirit you are of;
56 for the Son of Man did not come to destroy men's lives, but to save them." And they went on to another village.
We must all ask ourselves questions.
I'll ask you,
Re: Calling down fire. ~ Where do you fit?
.....Evil,.."You do not know what kind of spirit you are of".
If you don't mind,.....One more. Please answer.
Did Jesus come in the flesh?
Comment all you want on the above. But concerning this question........
..............Only a simple Yes or No, is requested.
hmmm... I am still in spiritual pursuit as well, so I really do not know yet what to believe. I tend to doubt and debate almost anything concerning religion.
Until someone can provide me with indisputable evidence pertaining to the truth behind religion, life, and death, I will continue to debate it, but still keep an open mind. I don't believe God condemns others to Hell for not believing in Jesus. I'm convinced the truth has become so skewed that we really cannot determine what is the "right" religion, and I think the choice of religion has to do with someone's personal views. If there is an all-knowing power, don't you think he/she would know our confusion and therefore be merciful, despite our individual beliefs? If not, it makes God less than "perfect" in my eyes.
As for Jesus appearing in the flesh, yes, I do believe that, and believe he was a great person. But he might not necessarily have been the "Messiah" we are looking for.
