HOW DO U DETERMINE THE YIELD PER PLANT IF IT SAYS
Yield 500 to 600 gr/sqm.
You can't deturmine the yield.
Too many factors change it.
Go with the Northern Lights x haze.
Thats easier to grow and the buds are killer.
Just don't harvest too early.
Haze takes a long time to flower.At least 10-12 weeks.
If you comapre that to a 6-7 week indica.
You can see what I mean.
And if you harvest earl;y. You've waisted all that time and money.
so this would be better 4 me
Genetics: Skunk, Northern Light, El Niño.
Effect: very known for its medicinal
properties, it is sold in the Dutch
pharmacies as prescription medicine. Relaxing and calming effect.
Flowering indoor: 9 weeks will guarantee the full range of cannabinoids. Commercially ready in 8 weeks. Yield up to 800 gr/sqm. Very good on SOG and ScrOG systems.
Flowering outdoor: ready at the beginning of October in the Northern hemisphere and in April in the Southern one.
Yield up to 1000 gr/plant.
THC: 15,5% CBD: 1.5% CBN: 0.4%
sativa's don't do very well with low intensity light such as that. they'll grow and ripen ok but the buds are light and airy with a light yield. if i were doing haze and only had one flouro i'd be at the hardware store buying more flouro's! indica is better suited for low light conditions but even there you'll find less production and a poorer quality product than if you had used higher intensity light. any chance of you growing that haze under the sun? it'll do a helluva lot better and you'll be far happier with the outcome if they can be raised outdoors...

hell yeah...alot better, hps is what your suppose to be using...and its more watts than the 125 cfl combined both 75s, plus you get better light coverage becas its 2 lights.
trust me bro, if this is your first grow, dont get any sativa strain...get a strain that is really easy to grow and flowers fast and will still be dank as hell, there are fast flowering strains that have a sativa high but dont grow like them. and make sure about the stretch, even though there hps 75 w doesnt have alot of penetration, so you need to keep them short, best bend over.. LST
but with 150 hps you should yield at least around an ounce for your first grow...when you get better around 2 ounces...the most you could get from that wattage is a little over 4 ounces, and thats with a good yielding strain and having alot of expierence with that strain.
anyways yes its better, but there will be more heat, so make sure you have proper ventilation and keep temps around 75..dont go over 85 (w/o co2) humidity around 50%, dont let it go alot over that, the last thing you want before harvest is mold, espically watch it the last 2 weeks of flower, try and keep it around 40-45%. If all that is in check, you start with good genetics, dont mess up on the nutes you should have a nice harvest
