As for that, I don't like the idea of meeting somebody from on line... I don't know, to me the whole idea of meeting somebody online is over-the-top and (for lack of a better word) corny. I would feel so lame telling my friends that I met somebody online. Plus, I feel like it's like setting yourself up for an awkward first meeting. I couldn't imagine how weird it would be to finally meet somebody whome i've been talking on-line to for the last 6 months. However, with this said, I'm also open-minded and will try anything first before I knock it.

Gostface to answer your question. Yes, the non-pick up line is a common pick up line. Iâ??ve heard it several times. But the good news is for the most part the guys who have used it on me were good guys and only used it because they didnâ??t know what else to say. You do get points for approaching her and not waiting for her to approach you so you get to say what ever the hell you like.

I've alway used a 'non-line' line. Hell, that's how I bagged my wife..."Hey, I'm Chris, you sit near my section don't you?...". I've never been a 'playa' and can't come up with something savvy, but not corny.

It's the non-playas who make the most headway. I'm convinced of it. Most of us ladies can spot a playa a mile away. Of course, there are women who like them and want to be played. But I don't think they're in the majority.
