It 's true about pulling outside air! You are bound to get a humidty problem say during more than 24 hours of rainy weather.If you have central heating and air? Just use the inside air! Vent to the outdoors.

huray i will take air flow in from the inside off my house and will exhaust it out tru my window
This what I will be doing as well.
The air is way too hot in the summer to suck it into my growroom.
Not to sound like a broken record but me too. In a month or so it'll 100+ around here and the cooler will be on. I figure I don't pump hot air into my room so I 'aint pumpin' it in their's either. ;)
I blive that the air from the inside of the house would be better for a few reasons, i mean the temp is more stable, you don't have to worry about pests as much, there would be no smell leakage if you put in on exhaust, and you wouldn't have any odd holes on the side of your house!
Make sure you put a small filter on the tube if you run it outside so you don't get pests up in there
