like fabolos, i play guitar, and have been playing for 8½ years. got one for christmas when i was in 6th grade. i never took lessons either, mostly taught myself, but it took me a year or two before i could really play anything. another year or two to really develop some rhythm. took a guitar class at a community college over the spring and i learned loaadddssss

I play flute, saxophone, djembe, bass (a little), guitar (a little), keys, and in my band Fisher Prince we play all kinds of toy instruments. Music is the lifeblood of existance. (ps the new David Byrne & Brian Eno release is AMAZING!!!)

I been playing guitar for 2-3 months

learning Guitar, very slowly. i play every day though.i have a Fender Stractocaster. in Sky blue and white. handmade DR strings. and then there is a B.C. RICH warlock that i can practice and play on. it fuckin owns. 1,2,3,and 4 are all handmade DR strings, and then 5, and 6 are some Blue anodized single fiber strings. guitar is so fun, i play Punk music from about 75-95 black flag, dead kennedys, sex pistols, The Misfits, etc. and I also practice bob marley on moms acoustic. love The Redemtion Song..
