Physiological differences in Sativa/Indica stains
I do understand the importance of cancer cell research...Malignant gliomas are the most common type of brain tumor ... many neurodegenerative diseases are characterised by oxidative stress-induced damage so yes... more research is nessesary..on these lines and many others...I read an articule that I liked and understood..so I posted it...sorry if it got hot from the passing air...
BTW...Revised Oct 3 2003
Finally, CBD, administered s.c. to nude mice at the dose of 0.5 mg/mouse, significantly inhibited the growth of subcutaneously implanted U87 human glioma cells..

Medic, you mean the link that you posted? Why apologize? It was from 1999 and that was around the time that the U.S. and Europe were doing studies on it, and still haven't released them to the public.
When I was told that, he (drug expert, who proclaimed his main expertise was "pot"), also, told me about the Cancer Cure proof that the government found out about, in the 1970's, and, he these were his exact words, "You know, the U.S. and Europe are doing studies on it, right now. All good. All the studies (are coming up) positive. (They can't find anything wrong with it.) Expect them to make their findings public within the next five to ten years."

I didnt study long enough to make a profession out of biochem..just a hobby:D
if by any chance you are deep into it , I'm sure this person would love to discuss it with you..

Thanks, medic. It's another lead. Italian scientists are the ones who made the 4,000% melatonin-boost discovery, twenty years ago.

I just wanted to add a piece of information that, I think, is an act of God.
Or, whoever the hell you want to say "made us".
That cannabinoid receptors are one of the most numerous in our Nervous System.
And why don't we have Apple & Orange Receptors?

beachguy,Everything we need is there, filed away in our DNA...generations upon generations of the recording of how the the body/mindhas/will adapte....and then with out any order give by the brain ...its stored and then passes it down....Beautiful...simply...Beautiful!! THe deeper we decend the smaller we go..the more we're Amazed.... No way this is random.
ALL thats missing is an interface between gene&machine....
ALL that Knowledge...so little time..:( time??ohya..
ALL info will be used for Good....or trivial pursuit:dance:

Our webs grew into our hands, the ones we used for swimming, and our second eyelid, the one we used to keep water out, grew into a ball in the corner of our eye. What's gonna happen to our CB1 and CB2 receptors if we don't activate them to their fullest potential?
A long time ago, when we were cavemen, wouldn't you think that we were tougher and stronger? When we couldn't even walk upright, don't you think we were similar to deer in Asia, who eat a strain that grows high in the mountains? Obviously, we prefer it, this late in evolution.
It may have been a totally different animal.

LOL, maybe that didn't come out right.
I meant, the webs of our hands grew in. And, where our tear duct is, I learned, somewhere, that we were ancestors of the crocodile, which has two eyelids, and not the alligator, which only has one.

if you dont mind beachguy I'll just file that in the "Ripley'sBelieve it or not"drawer....I've been told outright...YOU came from Chimps..well I do like to scratch myself but come on...I draw the line at having a croc in my family tree...
our genetics hold counless bits of information..just not the anwser...:)
