It would have to be Indica. Although I have a vast amount of experience with sativa, I will have to go with Indica. Indica plants tend to contain more THC and they tend to smell and taste a whole lot more pleasent. A mix of the two is good so you can more of a yield like the sativa and the mix of a mind and body high, and if your lucky you will win the smell and taste of the indica. But Sativa is gernerally only good for the head high and yield. Oh I have also found that Indicas tend not to give you cotton mouth, munchies, or a hang over nearly like the sativas.
100% SATIVA
depends
for a fufilling day of activity - Pure 100% sativa ( Haze )
For a day of sitting in front of the TV and chillin out - INDICA ( KUSH )
For a day of doing a bit of both - 70% sativa; 30% INDICA (Whitewidow?)
Hybrids because you get the best of both worlds.
i find indicas give me more munchies and more of a cotton mouth im pretty sure u got the 2 reversed because indicas contain more canibinoids which has medicanal purposes such as increased apetetiteQuote:

Other favourite strains are rooibaard and super-skunk at the moment, but I think all of these are indicas or indica hybrids. If I had to choose a strain type for the rest of my life though, it would be a sative most definitely.
In general, I prefer sativa effects to indica effects. However, I would much rather get a variety of different strains at different times than always some strong sativa. The very best strains, in my opinion, tend to be sativa/indica hybrids, favouring the sativa. Think AK.
To respond to above posters - yes, indica contains more of the chemicals that cause the more medicinal effects of cannabis - pain relief and increased appetite are the first two that come to mind. Medical pot tends to be indica. Sativa tends to have more THC; thus the headier high and less pronounced body effects.
I love sativa strains, but only if I can get a decent quantity. For a really weird experience I enjoy indica strains, but generally I don't enjoy the couchlock much.
