I try to stay away from local syndicated news. Mostly on the web or international news channels.
I definitely stay away from Fox.

I'm addicted to the news. I read at least 3 different papers every day. Right now we don't have cable so I just watch the local and national news and then get the rest from the Internet or shortwave radio. When I lived in NJ (and had cable), I'd have one TV with Fox News, another with CNN, and another with EuroNews going. Can never be underinformed.
