Co2 Injection During Flowering
I know where you are coming from about doing things the right way. It takes a little longer the first time, but you don't have to do it over or waste time suffering the consequences. People say that I am a perfectionist but I just don't see it. Come to my house and look at the mess. It is difficult for me, but I am trying to be more sloppy about my craftsmanship whenever possible.
This is so true:
An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
Co2 is a major concern during design. I thought I could just add it later, not really thinking much about it. Now that I understand about how ventalation is used with co2, I must redo my whole set up in order to add it.

I don't use co2 but i've heard it does increase yield no doubt about that. However I've also heard that if you have a good enough air circulation/ventilation..you really don't need co2...but hey don't listen to what I'm sayin..I say get the co2..the more the merrier..ahhaha

I was out of town for a few days this week. Turtle is correct with his information as well.
The increase I have noticed over many years of using CO² is about 30% more in yield but it's the cut in time I like more. A 30% increase and shortened cycle will give you 1.5 more crops over a 12-month period. You need to figure that factor in your math when you want to know how much CO² will increase your yield. Think in terms more of annual yield and the 30% for each crop add up fast at the end of the year.
There is about 300-ppm in the air to start with so by adding 1500-ppm you get apx 1800-ppm of enhanced CO². The idea is to reach and hold that level for about 4 hours then swap out the air and start all over again.

I like that. Where do I sign up?

I'm definitely planning for the CO2 with the box I'm planning. I think I've got something figured out I just need to draw it up and post it here for some more good ideas. I wanna see this change in growth first hand! ;)

What size Co2 generator do you have Zandor?

I have one small CD-3 and one medium one CD-6. When I move I may need a larger one the CD-36 but as I don't know where that will be I can't decide just yet if I need to upgrade or not.
