Many of the clubs also have hash, and all sorts of consumable cannabis products. The craziest thing I ever got from the club was a 16X Hash brownie, it sent me to a world I never knew was achievable through marijuana.

I think you're right about the 5-6 people thing. At least as far as the U.S Government is concerned. Remember, even in California, the Feds (DEA, etc) can still arrest you if they want. It's just the California government that say's its legal.Quote:

"Here's your joint Mr. Jones, now bend over for your weekly anal probe"
they were grandfathered into the program in the late 70's after nixon figured out there is no useful medical purpose for cannabis.
11 states now say otherwise with 2 more waiting for a vote but only california has a public distribution system in place and they're mostly in the larger cities and most need a county and/or city license to operate.
It's the people of California and our Constitution that says it's legal. The state government knows this to be true and are helpless to do anything even if they wanted. The Feds are over-reaching.Quote:

The feds are *not* over-reaching as the SCOTUS has sided with the controlled substances act on numerous occaisions and, as I've said many times before, the way to fix the current federal problem is to reschedule. I used to believe that might happen until I found this website.
yup
I am smoking 100% california grown cannabis. as for my statement about our rights? i'll stick to it. dont let power and control promote so much fear that it diminishes your right to your rights.Quote:

My constitution tells me that i have every right to pursue happiness. Anything that takes that right away is unconstitutional.
The more laws a society has, the more corrupt the society.
I have lived in California for 50 years. The feds are over-reaching.

Do you have *any* idea how many retards have tried that "right to pursue happiness" line as a defence for breaking the laws and failed? You can stick to ignorance if you want but you're still wrong about mmj laws in California and the Constitution. If delusion is more comfortable, for you, than fact and truth, then you believe what you want, I just hope the other members are smart enough to know that you're making shit up that "sounds good," just to delude yourself.
Good luck with that...
Holding my truths and values is important to me. Especially when there are those who use threats against me. Ignorance? It is because of my beliefs and my willingness to defend them that i am able to grow my own cannabis.Quote:

The only reason our forefather didnt feel the need to protect the cannabis hemp plant is because they were writing on it, wearing it, smoking it, using it for oil, medicine, textiles, uniforms, sails, rope, lubricants, etc etc. They had no idea that future american leaders would allow themselves, or that we would allow them, to be taken over by what we now know as , Corporate America, who are the ones desiging "laws", which they have no legal right to do, that outlaw this most useful crop. The laws are unconstitutional when it comes to cannabis, and when kids like you, who are so willing to do as you are told, and what you can do and cant do, by an over-reaching government, decide to really defend your rights, you may stand a chance.
I choose to take my rights seriously. I choose to stand in the face of those who would try and use the friends they select to the courts as a tool to get their way, instead of protecting my rights. Your corporate bought government and courts arent going to take away what is my god given right.
You want to kiss their ass and hand this country and your rights over to them, have at it. I refuse. Retard? how fucking juvenile can you get?>
As far as how many times the right to pursue happiness has failed in America in courts?
I prefer to count the times it has succeeded.
Those who i count on to defend my beliefs arent the government and their rich friends who control them..., or the courts. Those who i count on are my Fellow Americans. The Jurors.
Deciding to allow the government dish out your rights is whats "retarded"
I will continue to demand and exercise mine.
Now, i need to go water my 35 new plants. Worry free. Just like it is, and should be, here in San Francisco.
Let me know where i am wrong about California and the MMJ laws. This should be a hoot.
