Y'all might want to check the latest news on that drug legalization deal in Mexico. El presidente isn't going to sign that bill after all. The story was in the national news tonight. It seems mighty likely that the pressure from conservative American politicos was very strong on them not to let that amendment get through. The Americans were strongly afraid of increased "drug tourism."

on a side note:

You can still see decent shows in TJ. I just saw the Voodoo Glow Skulls a few months ago at the Jai Alia Palace.
