Swizzy's fruit suggestion=:thumbsup: just make sure you've some healthy munchie options available. Nuts are good too as they're low GI and take a long time to eat.
And if all else fails, just spark up another j every time you feel like eating crap!....If I ever feel I need to lose a few a pounds, I buy extra weed with my food money and I'm sorted!
But the main thing, I believe, is to resist the temptation to always eat fast, heavily processed food, all that stuff just clogs you up and makes you feel like shite, so you just eat more of it to feel better which makes you feel even more shite and the cycle just keeps repeating its self....If you try to eat food as close to it's natural from as possible it will not only keep your weight down but give you more energy aswell:dance:
Drink heaps of water and if you're not british you'll laugh, but huge mugs of tea are good for filling you up too!
eat a bunch of fruit. i eat alot of watermelon during the summer and u just piss it out basically and it fills u up.
Sherbert ice cream, it hits the spot and isn't nearly as bad as a Mc D's value meal or 4 Hershey bars and a jar of peanut butter (my personal weakness)!!

Yeah dude, strawberry's are great, lol. But pretty much any type of food is good when you've got the munchies.
