When plants get used to growing inside in consistent mild conditions they become pussies basically. To harden them off you basically set it outside alittle at a time to its a gradual change from inside to outside. This will prevent alot of stress and wilting.Quote:

Outdoors you don't need as long of a veg period. They grow way bigger and faster.
