why does cannabis.com look like this for me? and it only started doing it after i clicked on this thread, its weird!
anyways, i prefer to grow using sunlight, if you have your own house and enough money you can make an artifical greenhouse thats covert enough to grow some killer bud in.

nvm im just a retard, but about that HPS, it would be nice if you wanted to grow some small plants, maybe in a 4X4 closet or something. but i really doubt you could get anything amazing with these. i do like the idea of no ballast though

A compact HPS with individual bulbs representing different ends of the spectrum? That's great! I think it'd make a good replacement to CFLs, vegetative and flowering.
I really don't see why anyone would see any advantage of that, over CFLs, and certainly not 4-foot flourescents ... people getting excited about it, and you don't even know the lumen output, let alone the prices ... whatever blows your skirt up, I guess ... :D .... :smokin:

I think it's good. I mean, of course a 400W is better... but, as was said here, you can place 4, 5, or 6 of these bulbs... imagine the possibilities!
I posted pics of these about a year ago. Some people tried them and said they put out a lot of heat. From the people that used them it seemed like they weren't that beneficial. Same company.
