I think it's the HighSchool Counselors that are to blame.

PLUS: Cops love publicity. And we all know that cops, in general, are stupid.

I think the police weigh the plants wet, with leaf, roots, residual soil etc. They calculate how many grams then multiply that figure with the top dollar price of one gram. It makes them look better and the grower look worse.

By their math, I know of a little closet worth $25,000.

Maybe the cops should put their money where their mouths are and have a 'buy back' day like they do for handguns. They could buy the little closet I know of for $25,000.
