maybe yes, maybe no...depends on your circumstances and previous usage history. if the recent card uses were totally out of normal for your spending habits then most likely yes as they should have caught the weird spendings and called you for verification before allowing any more use of the card. this saves them from people loaning their cards to acquaintances for use then reporting it stolen...the terms might be stated on your monthly statement sheets...in the fine print on the back side, if like my bank.
also, many atm's have camera's attached that function when machine is used along with any clerk cashing the card would be held liable for not asking for ID.

well there's really only one way to find out for sure.. and today's saturday, so you still got a couple more days before you can find out... in the mean time, iw ould think about changing up your account info, if it's with a card (credit or debit) ask for a new one and the old one to be canceled (and if possible place a red flag on it, so that whoever had it may be prosecuted) if it was a checking account no card, i don't know what you can do about that... either way, unless you just had a weird and sparatic drug splurge, someone has your account info, and someone is obviously prepared to use it for all it's worth, so... i'd say do whatever you can to lock down this account, and secure yourself better. given the fact that it's near you, i'm going to go out on a limb and guess it's someone you know...

I've worked at a Bank in the past and yes, you DEFINITLY need to contact them...actually, if it is convenient for you I would just go down and tell them your problem and they will print out your statments and figure it out -- you are probably being scammed.....I've had it happen in the past with this company called 1Rate online, which I never heard of, but they were taking like $50 a month -- the bank took care of it, you just need to let them know and let them investigate it, they'll find out the type of charges (debit, cks, withdraws, etc.) and then determine who is authorizing the deductions...but time is really of the essence, if I were you I'd take care of it like yesturday.
