damn i wish i had that weed

i think my grow room looks a bit better now,what a difference,purchased a 400 watt light which can take both types of bulbs so got the groth bulb for now and will get the hps later for flowerin,if they get that far!"(fingers crossed) :D got the plastic sheetin white side and black side and also a small extractor fan which ive wired up but not fitted yet,dont fancy drillin a massive hole in the side of wardrobe while the folks are at home lol so usin large fan for circulation at the moment,i dont think ill sleep at night after feeling the heat that comes off they damn lights!!!must be a fire hazard,any hows here a few pics of g/room now and extractor

btw the pic of the extractor i sent,is it the side you see in the foto which should be inside the wardrobe??

keep a eye on the temp,using 400 hps .in a confined space like that,it will get hot.i also have a small confined growroom so i have the door open a little during daylight hours.i dont use extractor fan & my temp went to 42 degrees.the leaves started to curl & dry out but i managed to save both plants (PHEW)
oh yes that was using 2 400watt hps.i only use the 1 now.

yeah i only got to try the light on for 30 mins till 5 oclock as lights off for me is between 5pm and 11 pm,doin the 18 on 6 off thing,but had to keep both doors on wardrobe open with a large table top fan blowing in and the temp was settled at about 92f which i think may well be a bit TOO hot as a cant put the fan on full power or itll just about blow my seedlings out the soil :eek: although on low power theres a fair bit of movement with the stems which i heard can be useful for strengthenin them up,although not sure if its a bit early for that yet

could you give me a bit of info on wot to expect from the super skunk im growing seen as you done a harvest of them yourself,i mean do they grow high and thin before bushing out and did you come across any problems with them that you could tell me of so i know what to look out for if i get probs,damn i hope i get more than 3/4 ounce from 1,but then again i dont know wot to expect from this strain of weed

no man, u wanna be able to leave the lights on 24-7 when ur in the veg stage. Just get a better x-tractor fan. Pllus, the plants love wind, it'll make the stems stronger. I'm also kinda drunk, so you may want to ignore me

na man i feel 18/6 is a more realistic enviroment for any plant as it would encounter outdoors in daylight and the dark of the night,time to get my light switched back on lol!!!

I did 24/0 then went into 12/12 no adverse effects.
I never topped the plants, and I got one female from 4.
It's now....... about 3.5-4 feet in height, it's quite spaced out due to bad lighting at the start, but it's looking very nice.
Although there is literally no smell what so ever, so maybe its just because it's one, maybe it's because my doors are open for my wardrobe, I'm not sure, when it get's hot in there I can smell it.
Only problems with heat I have found is they need watering a bit more often, but not much of a big deal.
Thinking of taking down my wardrobes and actually creating a big growing area, using some thick mdf sheets, creating doors in them, making walk in wardrobes in effect.
then setting up some decent vent, because i dont wanna do it with my wardrobes.

as long as the plant's got the nutients it should be able to handle 24/7. it's not natural sure, but it should still be able to photosynthesize constantly and not need a rest. The more light hours the better. even 12/12 is just an estimate. some strains can flower at 14 on and 10 off and you should test your own. this is good to find out, since the more light the faster it grows.
