who hates cellphones

I dont really like them. I am 15 and nearly everyone has one. Im gonna be getting one soon just so that if i go somewhere my mom can reach me and that way she'll let me do more stuff. But i will never use it to have a pointless conversation with friends. I will probably just use it if i need a friend to give me a ride or if i need directions somewhere.

someone hit my car at about 50 mph with me in it cuz their dumbass was talking on a cell instead of concentrating on driving

if used right, i think they can be helpful.

we just cant let loads of dumbfucks have them and drive while talking

I see my little sisters using them and it blows my mind. It's like another world out there now with them. When I was that age, my shit was planned out. I knew where I was, where I was going and where I was staying. nowadays they can make a 2 min call and go anywhere they want. Not to mention that since cell phones came around pay phones are dissapearing. You might see one at a gas station, but not like you used to. When I was driving, I had to call in all the time, and in one county, there was ONE payphone.......in the whole county. Now this is grahm county NC, middle of nowhere in the mountains, home of the original grahm cracker (I didn't make that up, they had a sign there a while back that said that) hickville, but still, one payphone for almost an hour every direction.

yeah, cause keeping intouch with friends is such a bad thing.

I know ! Sometimes I just want my own space so I can walk through some desert tripping acid without being asked "what I'm going to do tonight" 5 times.

I don't enjoy phones in general. Talking on phones makes me feel awkward... like talking to myself.

Hell, everyone I know has one, if its real important I may ask them to turn it off !!! :D

i like my phone. i can call anybody at anytime. i don't blow up the phone, i'll call once, and if theres no answer, i might call back like 45 minutes later or something if its important, otherwise i'll just wait to get called back. not to mention that i can call and get bud from anywhere at anytime. also i just like it when people call me. makes me feel loved. and you dont have to worry about somebody else using the phone right when you need to. and text messages for when i'm at work and want to make a plan for when i get off. and voicemail so i can see what people want before i actually talk to them.

but after all that, i'm rarely on the phone anyway. i might make 2 calls a day
