Whenever im dry i find myself smoking loads of cigs!
i dont think sigs are the right way to go. cuz if u start smoking those u will really be hooked on sumthing u should just try to smoke a lil less then normal. like say ur only going to smoke this much today and wht not. thts wht my dad does. really its just self control being able to tell your self tht u dont need it right now. oh and dont throw all u stuff away like lighters and ur weed cuz then you will just end up spending more mony on it.

Yeh the main theme is just to find summat else to pacify the passage of time for a while, whatever ure in to (instruments, academics) fuck you don't even have to be in to it if it's a challenge, it's amazing how quickly ure brain forgets about shit when presented with sumthing new. Another method would be to make it a reward scheme, take up working out, runnin, swimming, then after ure done spark a big fat spliff, if you work out hard before hand, you won't wanna smoke ureself retarded, it'll take just the one and all of a sudden ure pillow is ure fluffy, long lost brother, and ure joints are numb and interweavin with the sheets, ure head becomes filled with reminiscent thoughts of 'Did I really just do that? don't feel like it, feels like I've been sittin here all daaaaaay.....zzzzzzzzzzzz' and before you know it, it's morning!
Of course the only problem is is that uve gotta be arsed to work out, I end up gettin stoned, working out, then smoking again afterwards, I've been long periods of time without smoking, and I always come back to the point of 'Why would I want to stop?' cannabis is like a cup of coffee, you can have it and still do pretty much everything normally, but with a fluffy grin, bloodshot eyes, and a nice buzz of appreciation :D The only thing is the money, but then again if I weren't spendin it on weed, I'd be spending it on sumthin else to pass my time with, so FUCK IIIIIIT!!! If ure worried about the quantity ure consuming, then make a home made vapourizer, they look like a crackheads concoction (and it is!!!), but they do work, and are piss easy to make, (takes a while to master the burn:turn ratio) but from ure first post, u don't really seem like you wanna quit, just that u believe ure overdoin it for the time being, and for this I believe you should lay back, and re-evaluate how much is too much, and once uve realized the ultimate paradox, ure no doubt ready for another spliff :thumbsup: Ahhhhhh I'm off to let the fluffiness consume.

I am good at my urges. If i pick up a bag for someone and even if i have to hold it for months and months or years and years(never happened) and i didnt have my own bud, i still wouldnt pinch there sack. I havent smoke din 5 days and i feel great, but i have a feelin id feel wonderful if i smoked haha
I have the same problem... not knowing when to stop. But then again, I do a lot of things in excess! Like the others said, try to stay away from those who do smoke, get rid of all your equipment, and try to keep busy. Good luck!
I smoke in excess. I smoke about a 1/4 a day, so nearly 2 Oz a week without fail, but to be honest, i dnt feel i need to slow down myself, and my tolerance hardly goes up...
If you cant affford it, then you have to stop getting it.
If you can, and you feeel guilty or anything then dont. It's not harming you...
Eat a big meal and you won't want to smoke as much.
