to smoke or not to smoke

I have almost the same problem, but it's a bit more serious
I'm supposed to have random drug testing since late Feb. but I haven't seen a single one so far, I'm debating with myself on whether they're trying to give me a false sense of security or the diversion (?) counsler just forgot, It's supposed to ben until august so it really pisses me off that I can't smoke during summer
