These should be some of the best years of your life. Have fun, don't take things too seriously, go to classes and try to get to sleep just a bit earlier. It might be hard at first but you'll do it. No caffine after 5-6pm and try to take a half hour before bed to clear your head of all the things that keep you awake. That's part of my problem, my mind races when I want to sleep.Quote:

I know how you feel I'm have mild insomnia and don''t usually get to sleep until around 3-5 Am and I get up at 7 Am and am always tired the next day. I sleep in every class from the beginning of the bell to the end unless theres a test or quiz. Last semester I had a 12.3% in english because I slept straight through and completed one assignment which I got a 98 on. If I wasn't so sleepy I would get A's and B's for sure. I still have a 3.0 GPA because last year I had to stand up all day.
He's just doinfg what he thinks is best. Just toke up before school and then toke up right after. If your lucky the high will last like 2 or 3 hours and you'll be good for the next 4 it works for me.
Tell me more of this independent study you did. The only thing I think offered in my school is Honors Math for people who already have a full schedule.

i take indepent studies now its the shit, blaze up whole week its so easy. that sucks u have to go back to regular highschool.

Dude, I have the same situation. I have to be AT school BY 7:20am, and yes, my highschool is total, unrestricted, straight bullshit. All my classes suck, their each 90 minutes long and when im sitting there I feel like jabbing a knife into my temple! Can't sleep in class because all my teachers are nazis, lunch is a measly 30 minutes, then its back to hell. I'm also a business owner so it's not like I don't have a job, sometimes school seems to just get in the way. But ultimatly, i'll be glad I at least got a highschool diploma. Don't fuck up now or they'll blame the weed!
wait, just out of curiousity, how do you own a business and still attend high school? This can't be a legit business, or unless you mean selling drugs.
ya when i was in independant sudies we only had to go once a week just to pick up your work for 5 minutes, then all i did was smoke endless amounts of weed all day, then on one or two days, i would spend like 6 hours total working, and i swear to god i got all A's except for like one B
