Ingrown toe nail surgery. Smoking marijuana cigarettes

lordy lordy. i get patients preped for surgery plus i listen to some interviews before surgery to find out what they are allergic too, if you do recreational drugs, etc etc. did you go to one of these interviews first off? i mean did the doctor even ask you if you drank, smoked, drugs? and i know for a fact say if your surgery is anytime between now and wednesday you have to quit smoking. i believe you are supposed to quit smoking 2-3 days before your surgery. and after your surgery you can smoke again etc etc. hope this helps.

Geez, we're not exactly talking about quadruple bypass here. A person could smoke before, during, and after this ingrown toenail procedure and it wouldn't matter.

If I was going in for such a insane surgery
I would smoke a huge joint
put the joint out in the ashtray
at the front door
of the doctors office

and when your limping out
grab the roach out of the ashtray
and light it up on the way home.

Anyways, That is what I would do.

yeah, except you would get arrestred right after surgery, and they probally wouldn't even do surgery if I tried that, lol.

And everytime I went in for it, im a minor btw, they only asked if I was allergic to any medications. They have never asked me if I drank/smoke, I'm guessing it was/is not relavent(sp)?

k then smoking wont hurt you at all if they didnt mention it. and i prep patients for inpt surgery and outpt like gallbladder, egd/colonoscopy/heart caths, etc and i KNOW they cannot smoke at all before their surgery because you are under anesthesia and jus certain things mess with certain drugs so if you ever have a major surgery like a major ouchey one theres my advice, good luck!

i went to the office high and when the lady told me how the operation was done i just i told her no and left i still have an ingrown toe nail and ill just live with it dosent bother me much anyway

be careful what you believe sweetnhighz i smoked up alot the night before a major surgury and im fine (well nothing bad happened at least) and they asked if i smoked and i said no.

why did you lie to your doctor... wouldn't it of been funny if did make a difference, and there were complications during surgery, and lets say you died.

LOL, why did you leave? All they do is give you a few shots and cut it out. You can't feel anything.

I get these all the time. they suck and I remove them myself everytime. Just be shore to steralize whatever instrument you use to remove them
