Good point. I think it's become excepted as somewhat fact, or at least most plausible theory, that for the THC to be released through the process of digestion some sort of fat, alcohol or oil is needed, as this stimulates the digestive fluids that breaks down THC. Heating it also brings out the more psychoactive effects, but you know what I mean.
As for straight eating it? I gots no idea nor theory.
Yeah thats what I meant, eating it straight
I know about cooking weed, never done it, but damn I wish I could!
but thats what I was asking if a dog could eat a joint and get high because I didn't think it was possible, and my friend insisted his dog was high as a kite
Be careful though. A dog on cannabis will increase their heart rate and could get them very sick and possibly cause a heart attack since dog's hearts beat much faster than ours. A friend of mine had a dog and had to bring him to the vet because of this.Quote:

On a serious note I don't think you should be giving any pets cannabis wether eating or smoking.Would you give a child a few tokes on your J or let your child eat a space cake?
They are not really different seen as though none of them can make their own considered decisions, unlike an adult.
There was a study done on feeding dogs cannabis......Its mentioned in Howard marks book of Dope stories......
Ive never read it but it was done in twentys so its bound to be funny.......
Well in my friends case it was an accident
he left the joint on the table and his dog got to it, and then when he kept moving it to different spots the dog still managed to get ahold of it
i don't intend on stoning any dogs anytime soon, i just wanted to know if it was possible
but i smoke with my dog, just blow a little smoke in her face, she always knows when I'm smoking and she gets pissy if I don't share, its kinda cute to watch
if my dog was a human, she would be a stoner because all she does is sit around all the time, and she's not active, she's a lazybones
Ive never got my dog stoned.....but everytime i was smoking weed my exs cats would vie to see who could sit on me lap first...it was quiet funny
They perhaps knew i wasnt going to move for an hour lol
Lol, ironically most dogs resemble humans, especially when treated like humans. They are amazing though, I must admit. Unfortunately, unlike cats, they have no end when it comes to food and when it comes to cannabis, it's the same. If a dog found even pounds of cannabis, say goodbye to cannabis. Guess because dogs love to stuff their faces with as much food - especially food eaten by humans. But you can't stop loving them even if they get themselves in trouble. It's like having a kid of your own. I'm a dog lover and one day I'll probably get one of my own. Cats - no because I'm a bit allergic to them and also they're messy with all the shedding and stuff.Quote:
