Your just fuckin virgin lungs lol. When I think about it, it's amazing because I remember I used to couldnt hold hits in. It felt like a strong force of air hit me in the chest and I didnt like it. Now it doesnt even happen I just smoke like it's regular :confused:

Thanks alot for all of the suggestions. I just got back from his place----so stoned!! :) I didn't cough as much. I think it is just because I am new to smoking, i'll try the "water bong" with cupped hands. :) I'm sure we'll save up for a bong soon, but I just need to know what to do till then.
He says its because I hold my hit in too long, but I got so ripped today after holding my hit in longer than usual. Coughing a little then, but thats about it. Just breathe in and your high as a kite this time, lol.
