i also have the radio shack one, and a jewelers loop. they run about $10 on ebay. Find them easier to use for quick looks as looking through the small scope of the radio shack micro is hard to focus with. I use both of them and find that I pick up the loop much more.
both the 30x magnifying and the radio shack 60 to 100x microscope is necessary and great to have if u want to harvest at the right time:thumbsup:Quote:

Just fur informayin purpose to this here thread yual can buy a jewelers loupe as well got mine on that there e-bay site for $4 bucks couldnt beet it and be usein it with my digital on macro and off to the rase yual be. Much luck with yur grows pilgrems.

Radio Shack used to make a 30X that was perfect....now it it like 60-100X and that is almost too powerful
I think 30X is perfect, I get by with the 60X of the Radio Shack one.
I think you are missing the point. Spider mites pose no threat to us, but they munch on your plants and can do major damage if left to do so.Quote:

I have the Radio Shack Pocket Microscope, but rarely use it on my meds. But it does allow me to inspect other's meds that I occationally 'test'.
