It's not nice to ignore people. It's also not funny if it isn't understood.Quote:

Every form of media has its disadvantages, including literature. Books have some things in common with television, like how you have less input on what you're taking in than internet. Books can also be quite boring. I do feel my brain working diferently after reading a book, and while I refuse to read anything on my own, I still get a lot of reading in at school, even excluding all the stupid shit in the "Honors" Literature book.
Just start buying books on CD. Or get all five Showtimes.
i havent watched TV since i dropped acid about a month and a half ago, ill watch National Geographic Channel for maybe an hour a week, thats it.
the same goes for movies, - with the exceptions of ones that dont portray a fake message. - IE: Forest Gump, Detroit Rock City, ect..
i realized that (i quote Jim Morrison) "Whoever controls the media, controls the mind." This is true.
imagine if there were never ANY scary movies... we'd all walk around at night with no worries of being randomly attacked by monsters and shit,.. (other than gangsters ect..) people can go through some shit, and say, oh.. it happened on that movie, so it can happen to me.... when really the movie was just a story someone thought up... its not real life...

What's a TV? :/
The most confusing, angering, bizarre feelings from a recent mshrooms trip resulted from coming down offa the shrooms while having the E! channel accidently on, talking about paris hilton for about 2 hours.........god it made for an eerie background.
