I've found that when I turn the nutrients up a notch (0.1EC) every week untill I start to see yellowing leafes, I get the best results in yield and THC production.
After I see the first signs of yellowing leafs I drop about 20% in concentration the week after. That's the max I keep it on, and in the end I always get some yellowing leafs on the bottom of the plant and some in the plants "body"
Why keep it a green plant throughout the entire grow with knowing you could've turned the grow/yield up a notch?
If I give the plant 2 weeks rest before harvest and only flush, the taste will be just fine despite the fact that I'm a heavy feeder and the yellowing leafs in the plant.
So what is the big dis-advantage about some yellow leafs?
