not really it should not but who does not add a little more. I still don't give seedlings anything but ph adjusted ro water with just a little calmag for the water. but that's just me.
I only use a drop per gallon. I gave my peyote cacti a bigger dose to see what it would do. They swell up nicely quick in two to three weeks then stoped growing for the last month and a half.

I limit to a drop or 2 and never hurt any seedlings, but I am very careful NOT to OVERDOSE...and I also notice a high% of fem's, so know there is no guaranteed product; and that includes Reverse that totally Feminize a plant that want's to be a male...But, I have a high % of fem's...
so I have a great seedbank or Superthrive helps???
I had to throw that in there. Sorry
On another note. you mentioned you were growing in soil and others mentioned flushing at transition...I would like to add; you should flush your plant monthly when growing in soil, to flush potentially toxic salt build-up...
With; 2 gallons of fresh ph'd water per gallon of medium...
On the use of Superthrive in flowering...I always felt that if it reduces stress, and stress causes 'hermies', then the application of 1/4 tsp per gallon in flowering to relieve stress is a good idea, but I could be wrong.
