Honestly, my best advice to you is to smoke all the time. Every day. I went from 170 lbs to 120 when I was trying to lose weight, over a span of about 3 months, because I smoked HELLA every damn day. You'd think that wouldn't work, but hear me out. I got the benefits of getting the munchies (food tastes sooo good), but smoking that much must have altered my metabolism or something because I just wasn't hungry. At all, like ever. Ever since then, I haven't really done the whole 'eating' thing often. I haven't toked in like 8 weeks, and I still usually don't eat until about 4 or 5 PM...I'm so glad I'm not chunky anymore :D Thank you marijuana! :thumbsup:
