There are additives that you can get in rolling papers that have different colors ... unhealthy I'm sure.
I was just gonna say, what was she smoking out of? I was thinking papers would give off blue smoke, like sometimes when you throw coloured plastic in a fire the smoke and fire is a colour.
smoked out of a bubbler
the ONLY reason why the smoke may be tinted blue (it's not going to be like royal blue smoke, if anything it'd just be a light tint) is if something is in the weed that's not supposed to be... and since i dont' see "change your cigarette smoke color dye" (as that would pretty much be marketed straight to kids.. wtf would an adult pay to color their smoke) it's a good bet w/e was in it is NOT safe..Quote:

i dont get it.
the people are making out... he swallows something, he tells her he thinks he just swallowed her gum, she says "no i was clearing my throat" you know when a guy clears his throat it's called a lugi.. or loogey h/e it's spelled.
YOU DUMBSHITS! if you oxidise and burn ANYTHING it will only burn in a white to black spectrum, no added colours. you learn this sort of shit in GCSE science ffs
