fell off the roof what
To me, life is like a game in this sense: Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. It takes skill and performance depends on how you feel.
I find myself thinking about my mistakes pretty often. I just have to remind myself that the times that i have done something right greatly outnumbers the few, inescapable failures that happen. Its like this, your day could be composed of 90% Success and 10% Failure. Without realizing it, and still feeling like a failure, you just completed 90% of your day with style grace and success. Thats my current take on stuff.
FUCK Dr. Phil.
Yeah, through the years I had these ideas that life was all a game and how so many concepts of life relate to a game, so now it makes things more easier to kinda identify my life as a game which makes my perspective life less negative since i'm not looking at all the bad, giving a better confidence.Quote:

I agree completely. You can't be happy all the time. Shit happens that sucks (loss of a loved one for instance) and you can't help that. But you can't be unhappy for ever or you're never really living.Quote:

His writings on epistemology/perceptions of reality are enjoyable, but it can be a difficult concept to grasp initially.
I kind of understand it now.
I have my own philosophy.
Basically, it says, "don't worry, be happy."
