First off, I pay rent in my house.
Secondly, I have saved about 85% of my tuition for college and my mom just helps with the last bit
I pay for my car, I pay for insurance, my cell phone. I basically pay to live here. I have to pay for a lot of things and currently can't afford an apartment until next semester. Don't go assuming you know EVERYTHING about someones life.
i have the same problem.nobody in my whole house knocks ever,they just come in.and to think, all this time i had taken a door for granted.i got start appriciating small things more.:stoned:
i would advise everyone to stop and smell the roses more,thats what alot of old people say they wish they could change about there lives so i've started appriciating the little things latley,like just sitting around,toking and listening to pink floyd.:rasta:
it depennds on if you pay to stay there. if you are paying you have rights. if you are staying with the olds thenyou gotta do as they say,it is there house. offer to pay rent in return for privacy, they cant5 go into your room then
Um.. actually if you are renting from a landlord (in this case his parents), they are still allowed to kick him out if he smokes weed in the house. It IS illegal and they don't have to let him smoke regardless of whether or not he is paying rent.Quote:

No dumbass...I'm fucken 23 years old. You have to live with my parents to understand I hate LIVING with them. They are annoying. No one in my right mind could live with their parents forever and be happy. I love my parents a bunch..but I need my space so I want to get the fuck out of here so damn bad. I also pay for my own bills. They just let me live here and food, but I take care of my car, insurance, and my credit cards by myself. I have gotten VERY little assistance from them for college as I get loans and scholarships.
Still dude, they're your parents. She brought you into this world and payed for you atleast until you were 16 be grateful. Really you'll never be able to pay her back for that. But I agree it is annoying to have parents snooping around your room. My mom always does it and she finds stuff all the time.
I agree too, but I am grown up. What if you were 40 and your mom came to visit and started doing all the shit she did to you while you were a teenager like going in your room without knocking? You wouldn't really like that now would you. I am grateful but she is just so damn annoying and irritable at times. My house smells like a big fucken ashtray most of the time too because they both smoke cigarettes all the time. I hate it. I graduate in 2007 from college with a bachelors degree in Mass Comm so as soon as I get a decent paying job I am out!!!! All they have to do is shut the fuck up. I do not bother them at all.Quote:
