Ok. So, if i take normal water from the...whats the word. You know, from where you usually take water from, wash the hands etc.(im bad at english). So it contains chlorine and if i put the seeds in there, will it destroy the LSA? Do i need to have the umm....different kind of water? And is 3 or 6 hours or something alright, or do they need to be in there for like 24 hours? And can i soak them first, then crush them and then drink it with water or juice or something? Do i put some fairy or soap or whatever it is called, and how much?

wash the morning glories for sure with a tiny bit of soap and cold water,
but you cant do a water extraction of LSA without losing like 90% of your product.
you should get hawiian baby woodrose seeds, that way you dont have to chew up hundreds of tiny little seeds. just take 5 HBWR seeds and break off the dark brown fuzzy husk (this is what contains alot of the poisons that give you an upset stomach) then if you want to you can chew up the seeds and hold them under your tounge for about 20 min and keep chewing then if you feel like you can take it then just swallow the quid (chewed up plant matter)
just be sure you dont have anything to do the next day and try not to do them at night because you CANT fall asleep on LSA

So, how long do i need them to be in the cold water when i wash them? Just quickly wash them or soak them a few hours?
