sup potty...unfortunately, Last Concert Cafe is a ways from Arlington. It's this great bar/mexican restraunt in the wharehouse district in Houston. I just heard about it from a friend. a lot of bands go through there and it's pretty much ok to smoke outside. People are still kinda undercover about it, but everyone knows what's going on.
