Determining is someone is a LEO

The def. of entrapment is : The act of inducing a person to commit a crime so that a criminal charge will be brought against him. A popo will do anything he wants, including violating your civil rights. You still get your day in court. From all the judges I've been it front of, you will for the most part get a fair shake. The system is still stacked against a defendent but if a popo walks all over someone the charge is thrown out. This has happened to me, thank god. I would be locked up right now if the popo's that did the last search warrant would have done it right.

as for that letter, u should also check for identification, and force him to sign his name....

make sure its something like this, and instead of the Internet Privacy Act, establish it so it works around the idea of entrapment.. you should check out the law to find your rights... nothing pisses a cop off more than someone who knos more law than them!

You've got it backwards. The only sane person who would sign such a statement would be an undercover officer. The written statement itself is just more evidence of illegal activity which the officer would just use against the defendant. If a non-officer signs the statement, then they're just creating evidence that could be used against them.

If I were a cop running an undercover operation I'd have my targets sign statements like this and then use it against them. "Why did you sign that statement certifying you're not an officer if you didn't know something illegal was going on?"

There's no way to tell if someone's a cop until they're on the witness stand. Don't risk rotting in jail, spend your time and money fighting for legalization.

...from what I've seen they (the USA law enforcment agencies) do really seem to play this angle...basically a pyscologial angle on people in a vunerable situation...cooperate or well lose you your job etc etc etc...i.e. stuff in reality they cannot do. In other words they are being unethical in threatening people, playing bad head games, so that they become snitches (grasses here in the UK)...pretty rare for people to become tame grasses in that way here.

"Cop" is an acronym for Constable On Patrol. So, it does mean shit.

It's amazing all the different opinions on this thread. Some of us actually know what we know because of first hand experience with the law and enforcement.

As I said before, getting a person to show ID and sign a note that he/she is not involved in an entrapment activity is the best policy. I've seen it work regardless of what you say here that it won't. But, again, each country and locality may operate differently. Check your local laws and do some reading in the law library.

As someone here said, nothing pisses off a cop more that a person who knows the law more than they do. I can cite a specific example of a 12 year old girl doing that to a cop. Poor stupid cop looking dumber than a 12 year old.:thumbsup:

I've been the object of four raids by the popos and done time for two of them. I have also been at others places that were being raided, ie: seed stores, head shop. The popos dectectives used to know me by sight, it seems I was on some list as a king pin. I'll tell you now that I've never bowled in my life. I got caught up in life on the streets at an early age. I went for an elevator ride while hand cuffed and was told (when I finaly awoke) that I fell down, repeatedly, causing broken ribs and an two week stay in the county hospitrals jail ward, handcuffed and shackled to a bed. I've been through two prison riots where the national gaurd was called in and were shooting at us, not to maim and not with wooden bullets. The reason I post what I do is beause I've been there, sitting handcuffed to all types of objects watching the popos lie, steal and commit crimes. For me enough was enough when released on parole last time, no drugs for me, period. I dont care how many states pass legalizing drugs, the federal government has the last say so. In todays internet headlines on my ISP, the justice department is quoted saying that it is going to go after all weed users, growers and internet sites that deal with weed. Good luck to the up and coming looking to make a name serving up. Since I stopped having to spend all my time look for and trying to buy, my life has been popo free, and boring, oh well. If the cops want you gone, see ya. In todays America, big brother rules. Its their rules, so you dont even know what they are. And then there are (usally) older people out in cyber space that push (usally) younger people into this war as cannon fodder, and the standard they carry is the NORML flag. These people are hidden by smoke and mirrors and call themselves fancy names like moderators and administrators. The bottom line is trust no one when it comes to the things presented on thse pages, if you went to school with someone and have known them for a long while, well I would take a chance, and hope that they dont get to wigged out. If you keep it in the real with what you do know then most of the time you dont have to worry about someone being a LEO. If the popos want you bad enough they will target your wife, parents, girlfriend, etc. What can you do then? Popos can lie with the best of them and convince even your own twin brother that your an evil person that should be locked up. Dont waste valuable time looking for LEO's. Cause in the end it dont matter.

If they smoked, I am sure they would get paranoid because the Holy Herb reveals your mind to you. Thats why assholes dont really smoke weed. Fucken undercover snitches. They do the dirty work for the police and FBI, CIA. They are common criminals themselves. Usually when they go to a smokeout event, they will be fake hippies and not have any true concept of what a hippy is. Undercover LEO generally wear regular clothes too. Although I don't really dress like a hippy, I am a flower child and I have a very powerful intuition and can sense deceit. However, do not attempt to hurt the undercover pig when you discover they are LEO whatsover. That will only make matters worse. Accept the fact that they are doing their job. Perhaps divine justice will be done when those Narcs get reincarnated as rats or cattle led to the slaughter. Show mercy and compassion on them...as the Source shows love and mercy on us.
