It went up to 18 for ciggies, lighters and skins here last year somtime...
....it sucks, luckily im over 18 though :)
Also they dont accept driving license anymore.....only the "Portman" Id card...or passport....
ive been buying lighters since i was 14 i just dont hesitate walk up grab a good colour make sure it works, then pay for it ive bought hundreds of lighters and only been stopped once by some young girl, then again i live in canada
so i guess this was a mis-type...

Yeah I was thinking about bringing that up, about not seeing any sign, but I wasn't sure if it was a law or something and I really wasn't in the mood to get my ass handed to me.
Yes but in the United States a CIGARETTE Lighter is considered a tobbaco product. And yes that is one of the gayest laws i have heard of also.
