Yep. I guess the trade off of living in Florida is being close to a beach and hot weather with the possibility of either being struck by lightning or washed away by a hurricane.
What I want to know is how do those ppl live in San Francisco? I mean it's beautiful and the ppl seem very nice but...umm..major faultline...how can you forget about it? I wouldn't be able to sleep at night.
