i've heard that before too

during the summer, i would smoke on my deck at night, and it would sound like there was a concert in my head. like i could vividly hear songs, not just run the words through my head.

Try watching TV with zero volume (err mute it) and see if you can hear anything. I swear, 9 out of 10 times I can still hear the TV (its all in my head though) It wont be distinguishable but its there

Actually it's not all in your head. -MOST- TVs don't have a volume where the sound goes completely mute (even the mute button doesn't shut the TV's sound off completely) they just go so low that even a whisper drowns it out. Mute your TV and then put your ear up to the speaker, I betcha you hear something

yeah i hear things sometimes it sucks when i think i hear a car pull up or the doors open cause i always think its my parents and im usually in my room smoking

when im really stoned i always hear a drumbeat or banging in the background. maybe its just a bunch of sounds mixing and messing up.
