Can a doctor tell the cops

But, yeah, everyone should seriously let your doc's know EXACTLY what you put in your body so that they can serve you better. Really. It can save your life at some point.

I don't believe this is true. If for some reason the cops come to the house and find that alcohol is being served to minors they will arrest for contributing to minors. That is all..on paper though. Each cop to his own will decide if they need to arrest.

no they r bound by the privacy descretion law as in if a patient tell them a confidential thing such as smoking cannabis if he was to reveal that information to anyone he is liable to be struck off from the medical profession.

not the like exact copy of the law lol its in my own words but i think thats the jist of it any one here a doc?

A doctor would lose his lisence if he were to tell the police something you told him in confidence.

Doctors need to know what's going on with your body. I actually recommend being completely honest in the doctor's office. I'm asthmtic though, so it's important to let my doctors know. :dance:

Im pretty sure its LEGAL for your parents to give you alcohol. Well if they were getting you smashed everynight CPS might have a problem with that , but other than that its legal. Im pretty sure your parents can also order alcoholic drinks for you in restruants and you can legally drink them.
