me and my buddy ALWAYS amoke on the way to gym. i also play alotta soccer high. as long as i dont smoke too much, its fine, and with soccer, it makes everything look real cool. it also helps my reactions (i sometimes play goalie)

depends on the person i guess. in my experience if you only smoke once in a while youll be fine but when you get to the point of being constantly fried and you're perma toasted then it starts to affect your workout... moderation is the key ;)
working out high sucks. but getting high after working out is awesome
