screw that im gunna download it then, i rather watch it on my hunk of junk computer with no comercials then on the big screen with commercials
Yeah trust me you donā??t want to try to watch it on Discovery. I honestly donā??t think I have ever seen anything with that many commercials, its way more than Discovery does for all their other shows. Seriously EVERYONE should e-mail Discovery and tell them how insulted there were by that. I am going to right now, here is the link where you can do it! - http://extweb.discovery.com/viewerrelationsQuote:

I tried to watch ā??Grizzle Manā? tonight but was just shocked and insulted by the amount of commercials you ran during this show!! This is absolutely unacceptable given that we as cable subscribers are all ready paying just to get this channel!! You were obviously running near twice the amount of commercials during this movie as you do for your other programming! How can you do this in good conscience when the person this show was about, Tim Treadwell, made nothing on this and made a point over and over that he wanted to only educate people about the wilderness for free!??!
You people wonder why illegal downloads are so prevalent, and yes this show ā??Grizzly Manā? is a popular download right now. This amount of commercial is absolutely unacceptable and I am going to encourage everyone I know, that pays for cable, to do something about it!!
Signed a VERY pissed off cable paying subscriber!
lol tell those bastards! i just was looking on the guide and turns out its on tonight at 1 so im just gunna watch it since my internet connection is pretty shitty right now. 18 minutes in and its the first break and i can tell its going to be awhile so im gunna brake out the coffee grinder and pack up the bong
crazy shit how they found tim and his girlfriend, that bear must have been a psycho, that plane driver actually saw the bear eating them, that would be nasty
so anyone who gets discovery watch this crap its only 20 minutes in and not a whole lot has happened
Dude ... "Grizzley Man" ... is the worst thing I have ever watched in my life.

I haven't seen the film but have heard some of the details and that bear was no psycho, it was just being a bear. Bears are omnivores which means they will eat just about anything. The guy was a fool for ever getting that close to bears of any kind without some kind of backup (ie..44 magnum) Bears, grizzlys and especially black bears are one of the most unpresictable animals on the planet and are not to be messed with by amateurs. The taxpayers spend millions every year saving the asses of these weekend warriors who venture in to the wilderness with a cellphone and no clue as to what they are doing. One of the goals of the forest service is to keep the human/animal contact down to a bare minimum as it screws up the natural habits of the animals. As we all know, when people mess with other cultures or species the outcome is always bad. (see Iraq, Native Americans, South American tribes, etc) Sadly, the man was a fool for going in to that territory without knowing what he was doing. The only thing that kept him alive for as long as he lived was blind dumb luck. My father realized years later that he made a mistake taking myself and my brother in to the Montana wilderness 30 years ago without being better prepared and bringing some sort of defensive weapon and he built the trail that we hiked that summer. He still thanks the stars that we all came out in one piece.Quote:
