Relax when you smoke. It's really easy to get freaked out about something you are feeling which can lead to a panic attack. If you start feeling like this try closing your eyes, take some deep breaths, and remind yourself that you are okay regardless of how you are feeling. Keep it up until the feelings subside and they will. If I over-indulge in some really good bud I am prone to these and usually that snaps me out of it.
