Whats better MH or CFL "Poll"

1st...I have to ask; For what...cfl's might be better for seedlings, but HID, are definitely more effective in veg...therefore, I can't vote...lw

HID's Are Great...

Would anyone know if using a 400MH would be better for veg than using A 400W Son Agro Bulb. Or would the Son Agro be better for Veg and Flowering??
