if it's high 80's that could be your problem. i have had no luck at all if temps are 85 or above for more than a day or 2. that being said i find my seedlings/clones do alot better with temps in the low to mid 70's . you could up you ventillation and see if it helps. just a thought. this grow was below 78 start to finish.
There in about 80 86 thats where there stayin right now im tryin so hard to drop it. and still have MH i got a 250 now i think that glows blue.
you could try using flouros for the 1st 2weeks from now on and see if it makes a difference. i vegg entirely under 8 4ft agrosun flouros and my seed plants are usually 3x what those pics are at 2 weeks. mh is much better than flouro. seedling really don't need all that light in the 1st stages of growth. i'm just speculating on your problem though, i'm no expert. as i said before they look alot like some clones i had that got stressed out from too much heat/ to close light. i'd like to hear what someothers think as well. oh yeah have you ferted yet. if not i would try using a real small dose. i use fox farms grow big for veg and if those plants were mine and they hadn't been fed yet i'd give them a real mild dose to see if they perk up. i've never burned a plant with ff ferts.
just give them water for the first month no nutes. use fluoresent lights for the first month. it take time in the first begining, and when they do start growing you'll be talking about you need more space  water every 3 rd day let the soil dry out a little. (example) your on a desert , you need water, and when you get that water you can go further until you need water again. let your plants work for that water
no nutes for a month! my seed plants start showing dificiencies not much after 2wks if i don't feed them! and i've never burned a plant. as long as your careful it should be ok.
