 Exactly.
He says "It is easy to split hydrogen from water; all you need are carbon rods, water and a current."
So he himself is admitting that the car is not running on water or hydrogen but carbon, hydrogen from water and the "current" it takes to get the hydrogen out of the water in the first place. And that current has to come from some place, the wall etc. Which of course is originally made from burning coal in most cities and countries.
One of the first laws of physics is what you just said, what you put in is what you get back out.

They tapped into whats called zero point energy. The law of thermodynamics doesn't apply, watch the video. He is getting more than whats put in.
Nasa is now understanding what bob lazar has said the whole time, we need to utilize the gravitational field. NASA explains here. Riding the gravitational wave.

Who said the car is running on carbon. HA!!!:p That is the simple experiment to show you how it's done. You need 316 steel with 1.5 mm spacing plates to utilize hydrogen more efficiently

Whatever dude. The fact is there is no way you could have a self contained engine that could generate enough power to move a car with nothing but water being used. That engine would need an additional power source to get the hydrogen out of the water. Therefore in the very best case scenario it is no different than the current hydrogen engines being developed by Honda, Toyota, etc.
And of course the fact that some guy made it by himself means it would be hundreds of time LESS efficient than those hydrogen engines. Hence it is a hoax.

i read the links, most of them being about electrolysis and hydrogen which proves nothing. i read the nasa thing to, all that is used for is precision measurements for space flight trajectories and measuring objects mass. did you even read anything you posted.
